Eden Radio 104.8 FM is the result of seven years of hard work, grit, and a shared vision to bring real local radio back to our neighborhood.
Through the technical hurdles, licensing, and endless hours of behind-the-scenes building, our team kept moving forward because we believed our community deserved a station to call its own.
Today, Eden Radio is officially live on the airwaves—broadcasting a handpicked mix of classic hits alongside new music from a broad selection of genres that we believe our audience would be interested in hearing. It’s proof that local radio is very much alive, and we are so proud to finally be sharing it with you.
Our New Home: The Bowls Club
We believe local radio belongs right in the heart of the community, which is why we are incredibly proud to broadcast daily from our studio home base at the local Bowls Club.

Director of Operations
A true titan of the industry, Nick’s career spans the legendary LM Radio in Lourenco Marques, the launch of Radio 5, and international experience with Radio Nederland.
After spending seven years turning the vision of Eden Radio into a reality, he now steers our daily operations and drives our on-air excellence. You can also catch him doing what he loves most - connecting with listeners behind the microphone every Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 for the Sunday Solid Gold & Requests show.

With a career starting at the SABC in 1978, Mark was a founding member of M-Net and a driving force behind the launch of SuperSport and TV Africa.
His unmatched expertise in large-scale broadcasting infrastructure, engineering, and digital operations ensures that Eden Radio operates at a world-class standard every single day - whether you are tuning in on your car radio at 104.8 FM or streaming online.
